The tenant portal lets your tenants help themselves.
What tenants can do
- See their current balance, next due date and full statement
- Download receipts for every payment
- Submit maintenance requests with photos or video, and follow progress
- Read documents you've chosen to share (lease PDF, house rules…)
- Pay online and set up autopay, if you've turned on online payments
Sharing documents
Documents you upload stay private unless you tick Share with tenant (or use the eye icon in a document list). Your private lease notes are never shown to tenants.
