Two-step verification, Google sign-in and recovery codes.
Two-factor authentication
Add a second step to sign-in with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password, Authy…).
- Go to Settings → My account → Two-factor authentication and click Set up.
- Scan the QR code with your app, then enter the 6-digit code it shows.
- Save your recovery codes somewhere safe. Each one works once if you lose your phone.
From then on, after your password you'll be asked for the current code from your app.
Sign in with Google
If your administrator has enabled it, Continue with Google appears on the sign-in page. It links to an existing Proppros account with the same email address. Two-factor authentication still applies.
Good habits
- Use a unique password of at least 10 characters.
- Sign out on shared computers.
- Review Settings → Audit log to see who changed what.
